Founded in 2007 in Stamford, CT, Downtown Golf is a boutique studio for precision club fitting, same-day repairs, professional coaching, a curated pro-shop, private events, and signature experiences. The business is now owned and led by Australian PGA professional Edward Tamsett, a 2024 PGA of Australia International Member of the Year nominee, mentored by founder and PGA Class A fitter Paul Ferrone, whose shop has been recognized for more than a decade among Golf Digest’s Top 100 Club Fitters.

Just met and had some work done by the new owner, Edward Tamsett, and I must say this man is fantastic!! Work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Most importantly, the work was done beautifully. Could not be happier. Strongly recommend!!
